Business Performance Review (BPR) & Strategic Planning Process
The SalesPartners Business Performance Review (BPR) is an in-depth look at the health of your business. Working together we will help you identify what aspects of the business need to be addressed to rapidly create the greatest positive impact in your business.

The BPR looks at 100 critical aspects in 10 different business categories. It is critical to building a successful business that remains viable long-term. It also serves as the road map for measuring progress in the development of your business. You’ll come back to the BPR each quarter to help you review your progress towards building the company you’ve always dreamed of owning.

Combined with our Strategic Planning & Coaching programs, the BPR is a dynamic tool and process for creating incredible positive change in your business.


Using the SalesPartners Strategic Planning Process we work with you to create an extremely functional and easy to use One Page Strategic Plan* (1PSP) that serves as a blueprint for your business for the next 5 to 10 years.

During this process we’ll establish your business and personal goals. This process helps you gain tremendous clarity and focus. It’s basically a road map for the future of your business.

The process of going through the Strategic Planning Process ensures you, your life or business partners and your entire team are clear on your goals and objectives, before we begin to change anything. Sales Mastery University (SMU)
This 16 week course focuses on sales, marketing and presentation skills. We cover all the fundamentals you need to get your business or sales career really moving. Through hands-on application you’ll learn the skills, discipline, practice and accountability necessary to excel.

SMU PROGRAM FEATURES:

• 8, three hour Group Training Sessions, every other week for 4 months
• Focus on Sales, Marketing, Presentations and Cash Flow Generation Strategies
• PLUS every other week, each participant will be on a Group Accountability Coaching call for up to 30 minutes

Objection Handling Boot Camp
